Booking deposits
Please choose the treatment length to pay for your deposit.
If your treatment goes for 60min - 99min please select “60min - 99min”
If your treatment goes for 100min+ please select “100min+”
If you cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your booking or are a “No Show” we will keep the deposit to cover our costs. If given 48hrs+ notice we can refund your deposit or put it towards a future booking of your choice. After your appointment you will pay the remainder of your appointment cost. We thank you for your understanding.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
Please note a reservation DEPOSIT is required for 60 minutes or longer appointments and for any double bookings. This applies to all clients - new & existing. If the reservation deposit is not paid or voucher number is not provided at the time of the booking request (NOW) - your treatment will be automatically cancelled.
Any cancellations within the required 48hr notification time, or any failure to attend your appointment, the salon will keep the paid reservation deposit (or your gift voucher will be fully redeemed) to cover expenses. If you give us 48hrs+ notice, the reservation deposit can be refunded or transferred to another appointment at a later date.
