You can make your booking personally, over the phone, by email or on our website through the online booking system.


A 50% booking deposit is required to secure double and bookings for 90 minutes or over 48hrs prior to your appointment. This can be paid over the phone or in person at the Spa. If the payment is not made 2 days before, unfortunately we can’t keep your appointment.

There is a 50% cancellation fee for all no-shows or for cancellations/changes within 48 hours to cover our costs. Thank you for understanding.

We have both double and single rooms for friends, couples or family members. Please tell us if you would like to be together or in separate rooms when making a double booking.

At the time of the booking please tell us if you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant.

If you have allergies to any ingredients in our products used in our treatments please inform us and we can change it to a suitable alternative.

We love kids but unfortunately do not offer any crèche services, so babies and children need to be left at home. We as a day spa need a quiet and relaxing environment for all our clients, plus spa tools, hot wax and treatment machines can be very dangerous for little ones.

As payment we accept cash, eftpos, visa, bankcard, Amex or MasterCard. Unfortunately we don't accept personal cheques. 
We try to keep our website and price lists up to date, however the management has the right to change any prices without notice.

One hour free parking is available right in front of the spa, and plenty of free parking is available on Richmond street at the Loftus Recreation Centre (3 minute walk). There is also street parking at a reasonable rate on Richmond and Oxford street. Before your first appointment please allow time to find us and parking. We can not take responsibility if you are late or can not find a parking spot in time. Please note that the private staff parking park next to the building is not for clients. These bays belong to the business owners and staff members for 226 Oxford street shopping centre.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment as late arrival may reduce your treatment time. In the interest of other spa guests, please turn mobile phones off or to silent. We will take care of your belongings, but can not take responsibility for loss or damage. If you have any items that are particularly expensive it may be best to leave it at home.

Guests suffering from infections, intoxication or flu will not be permitted to have treatments at Limon Health & Beauty Spa for the safety of your own health and our staff members. If you arrive unwell and we can't proceed with your treatment, our cancellation policy applies.

Consultation & Privacy
In the interest of client care, before your first treatment a consultation form must be completed and signed. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and prescription medication you are taking. Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. All the conversations and information of your consultation form will remain confidential.

Our Treatments
Treatments are suitable for women, men and teenagers. Not all treatments are suitable for pregnant woman, please ask our friendly staff about the details and pregnancy safe options. Treatments are not recommended in the first trimester.

Male guests, please shave on the day of your facial treatments. Underwear must be worn for all treatments but we will provide disposable underwear if needed. Robes and slippers are provided. We have both double and single rooms for friends, couples or family members. Please tell us if you would like to be together or in separate rooms when making a double booking.

After our treatments if you require a shower please let us know at the time of the booking. Additional showers are available for $20.

If you do arrive late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced in order to accommodate an on-time start for our next guest.

Please note our packages, manicure and pedicure services doesn't include removal of existing gel/shellac/acrylics etc. on nails. We only remove Bio Sculpture Gel applied by our therapist and this service has to be added to your booking.

Group Bookings
We are happy to take group bookings, up to 6 guests. For the duration of your group booking the Spa and lounge will be yours exclusively. Every group booking includes the treatments, a beautiful variety of organic tea, freshly made lemonade and nibbles. For an extra fee we can organise food, coffee, cold pressed juice and other refreshments.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
When rescheduling or cancelling appointments we require 48 hours notice.
Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend your appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50%, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed. If you give us 48hrs+ notice, the deposit can be refunded or transferred to another appointment at a later date. 

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be made, and given to you in person at the spa. Gift voucher orders received within business hours are usually posted out the same day, between 9am to 3:30pm, Tuesday to Friday. Upon request a PDF of your gift voucher will be sent via email. If you don’t receive your gift voucher within 3 business days, please send an email to Pick up is also available.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend appointments will result in gift vouchers becoming void or have the value of the cancelled treatment deducted. The gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking. Gift vouchers will expire 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise written. Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase products or used in conjunction with special offers, unless it is written and approved by the management. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. Limón Spa will not be liable for any gift vouchers lost, stolen or damaged.
